The translucent red polycarbonate resists impact, stains, heat, and certain chemicals and allows contents to be identified at a glance. Carlisle StorPlus boxes are available in different colors (blue for fish, clear for dairy and cooked foods, green for produce, red for raw meat, and yellow for poultry) for storing foods separately in compliance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Principles and Application (HACCP) food safety guidelines. Corner reinforcements help prevent chipping and cracking. Handles facilitate lifting and carrying. A smooth interior surface facilitates cleaning.
